  Has to be the worst Real estate company in Hastings. If your looking to sell or rent avoide these people at all cost. The are not honest reliable or fair. Renting from them was a nightmare

  Ive delt with Harcourts Hastings twice now, the last was not my choice as Satchwells hastings shut down and sold all rental properties to Harcourts. Sue Blake was my property manager and she was unreasonable and not to be trusted. She was abusive towards a 13 year old veteran who served his country who suffers from Mental illness brought on by my military service.. They show NO respect towards ex serviceman amd management seemed to think this was ok.

  I rented the property for 3.5 years never had an issue with the owner who was more then accommodating when i left the Navy.

  We've been looking for a house for almost a month coz we're having a little one soon and we need a backyard for the kids and finally we've got one we are happy and thankful to the Harcourts team for being very helpful to us we've been through some of real estate and inspections but not happy for their service we'll definitely recommend you guys thanks a lot and also my daughter was very happy that we got the house and she loved it

  Harcourts Hastings is a violent place with important documents being thrown at the client as well as disrupting an Assistance Dog from doing its duties.

  I would not trust Harcourts Hastings to handle my property both the sale and rental and it is an absolute blast to move away from a Toxic Real Estate agent and management. Jason Dowler the owner is not to be trusted, he will happily take your money and leave you with no warm fuzzy feeling that you are being looked after.

  The owner, Jason, has no people skills and refused basic human rights requests. His off sider, Tim, is no better and is quite happy to sit in a room where his employees belittle and abuse clients and say nothing.

  I was absolutely shocked when I went to Harcourts in Hastings. My fiance was getting nothing but trouble from the rental manager. We attended a meeting to try and defuse the situation. After years of working in the Real Estate business, I was left feeling that Harcourts Hastings is possibly the worst real estate company I have come across.

  I was subjected to mismanagement by the owner Jason Dowle (the owner) and accused of being a criminal for recording a conversation i was in (its legal in victoria) during this process Sue was abusive threatening and threw identification for my PTSD Assistance Dog across the table and went out of her way to be belligerent and attempted to distract my PTSD Assistance dog. We attempted to get a new property manager and was blocked all the way by management. To the point emails were sent banning me from entering the office.

  When requesting repairs it took them 6 months to action when they were taken to VCAT they got defensive and abusive again. If you are looking for a place to rent or sell your house i would not recommend Harcourts Hastings to anyone.
