    Ordered a side of gravy and double checked they had added it to the order and they still forgot to put it into the bag. Chips were undercooked and not a grain of salt on them. Hopeless staff!! Need to re hire

    Their quality of food is getting worse every time I go there and the serve size is so small in comparison to other stores. Not going to Hastings store again.

    Went through drive through staff are absolutely shocking didn't even understand what I wanted to order. Staff are assholes didn't even end up ordering my food told them to stick it never come here ever again
